1. General Terms and Conditions

vlp33 is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between vlp33 and all registered members of the platform.

It is the responsibility of every user to read and accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using vlp33's services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on vlp33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made using your own mobile banking account only.
• Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted.
• Deposit amounts and transaction details are accurately recorded and maintained.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• After the withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, additional verification may be required, which may increase processing time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vlp33 offers a special welcome bonus for new members:

• A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The bonus wagering requirement is 20 times (deposit + bonus).
• After the bonus is activated, the wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting hacking, software exploits, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using abusive or threatening behaviour towards vlp33 staff.
• Collecting other members' information for personal or financial gain.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by vlp33

vlp33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to meet age verification or KYC requirements.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Before the account is closed, withdrawals from the active balance may be made subject to applicable conditions.
